Policies you agree to by using Cuddle Cuts services!
Every client will be asked to read and sign Cuddle Cuts Policy Agreement prior to grooming services being performed. I will send out a document via text on the day we schedule our appointment. If you do not sign, I will not groom!
Matting / Neglection
In a case where your dog/cat comes in seriously matted (no judgement here!!!!) Cuddle Cuts will begin shaving/scissoring the mats out. You need to be aware that it can cause irritation to the skin. If your dog/cat is wiggly, jumpy, or shaking, you need to be aware that there could be an accident. Such as, cuts, nicks, etc. from either clippers or scissors. If something does happen, you will not hold Cuddle Cuts responsible in the event of trying to remove mat or scissoring a shaky dog.
Abandoned Animals
Abandoned animals WILL be the property of Cuddle Cuts after 24 hours of the appointment the pet got abandoned. Cuddle Cuts will then try to re home or keep the pet. If you abandoned your pet, you will not eligible retrieve possession of your pet or have any recourse with Cuddle Cuts Grooming.
Canceling Fee , Late Drop Off/ Pick Up, & Payment
When it comes to Cuddle Cuts grooming your pet, whether you like the hair cut or dont, you will have to pay what you owe. If you don’t like the cut Cuddle Cuts gave, say something, do not say something after the appointment when it is too late. Cuddle Cuts will fix whatever it is you don’t like, at-least try to anyway. Cuddle Cuts may give a discount for if it is not what you asked.
If you can not make it to your appointment, please contact Cuddle Cuts at least 48 hours before appointment day. If you text or call the day of appointment and cancel it will result in a $50 fee.
Obviously Cuddle Cuts does understand certain things come up, things happen, so just let me know, and we will figure it out.
If you do not let me know you can’t make it, and you just simply do not come to your appointment at all, you will pay the whole groom fee. (Ex. You have 2 dogs come in, it was going to be $130, you will have to pay $130 for not letting me know and just not showing up!)
If you schedule multiple pets, and decide to cancel one pet ,after the 48 hours, you will be responsible to pay half or all of that pets grooming fee.
If you are late for Drop Off OR Pick Up, you will have a late fee.
If you no call no show, for your first ever appointment with Cuddle Cuts, Cuddle Cuts will not accept any future appointments.
If Cuddle Cuts cancels on you after 48 hours, Cuddle Cuts will give you a discount for the next groom you schedule.
Safety / Dog Behavior
You must inform Cuddle Cuts before appointment if your dog/cat has bitten, or have an aggressive personality when it comes to either new things or new people. If you do not let me know, or lie about it, and Cuddle Cuts finds out that they are aggressive, there will result in a fee. And Cuddle Cuts will no longer take you as a client.
Senior Pets/ Medical Issues
Cuddle Cuts completely understands, it can be stressful. However if your pet has a medical condition where it could seize, get sick , etc. Cuddle Cuts will not be at fault if something happened during the groom.
MOBILE GROOMING
When we schedule for an appointment, Cuddle Cuts will ask if you will be home or not home at the time of appointment. If you will not be home, and would like Cuddle Cuts to grab your pet/pets from your home, you need to let Cuddle Cuts know about a code, where a spare key is, or any way to get into the home for the pet.
If you scheduled an appointment and is not home, you will leave an approved form of payment. Cash, Check, or if you pay Cuddle Cuts with Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp. Cuddle Cuts will NOT be held responsible for damages or theft to clients home or property while grooming your pet/pets.
During Mobile services, an appointment time is truly an “estimated time of arrival”. With being mobile, Cuddle Cuts schedule is subject to interruptions and delays such as refueling, traffic, dumping water, adding water to tank, driving distance from previous appointments and running over on a previous appointment. If Cuddle Cuts feels they will be more than 10 minutes early or late, Cuddle Cuts will text or call ahead to let you know!
